    It was funny though - we had just earlier talked about the "teddybear/rubberduck debug method": http://lists.ethernal.org/oldarchives/cantlug-0211/msg00174.html

    And I was working and doing those regexps, and he fell asleep. Then my geeky mind started to wonder if my teddybear has gone into suspend and also if theres some hardware problems since there was significant noise

    heh, talking over code issues is something I do often, normally in an informal chat with the missus or online in irc with folks.

    i also find its useful to be doing something completely unrelated at the time, so mashing potatoes or playing games gives me time to digest a problem
