there's a balcony renovation going on in the other side of the courtyard, a childrens playground about 50m away and the main doors are pretty much underneath my kitchen window. I also live in the bottom floor, so when it rains, the raindrops are really noisy when they hit the window ledge. I love to sleep with windows open, but it is quite difficult...
